Introduction

• Downgrading firmware: If a new update introduces bugs (rare, but possible), contact support at support@aiwa.com requesting the previous .bin file. Manual downgrade instructions are not published openly but are provided case-by-case.
• Beta programs: Follow Aiwa’s official subreddit or Discord. They occasionally recruit beta testers for unreleased firmware.
• OTA via Cellular data: Never do this. A phone call or SMS during an update can sever the Bluetooth connection.
