The "Bela knjiga" (White Book) of Serbian organized crime, officially titled "Identifikovane organizovane grupe na teritoriji Republike Srbije" (Identified Organized Groups on the Territory of the Republic of Serbia), is a landmark internal document produced by the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) in 2001.
