Civ 5 Lekmod Civ List May 2026
Lekmod is a major overhaul for Civilization V that significantly expands the roster of playable civilizations. As of early 2026, the mod includes 77 civilizations
- Australia (NEW): The Digger (Great War Infantry replacement) is arguably the best melee unit in the game. It spawns with +1 sight and +15% defense in foreign lands. Combine this with Outback Stations that give +1 food, +1 production, AND +1 gold on flat desert, and you have an economic and military powerhouse.
- Colombia (NEW): The Great Person generation is broken. Every time you generate a Great General, your entire army gets a temporary buff. In teamer games, a Colombia + Zulu combo is an instant surrender.
- Iroquois (REWORK): In vanilla, the Iroquois are a joke. In Lekmod, their Mohawk Warriors get +33% combat strength in forest/jungle AND they can move after attacking. The Longhouse (workshop replacement) now gives +2 production from forest AND +1 food. You become a green, terrifying deathball.
- Finland (NEW): Unique Sissi units gain strength based on how many snow/tundra tiles you own. With the Sauna (building) giving +2 happiness and +1 production from tundra, Finland turns the worst terrain on the map into the best.
