Why doesn’t it work?

1. UWP (Universal Windows Platform) – Forza Horizon 3 was released only on the Microsoft Store. UWP apps have containerized file systems, encrypted executables, and tight integration with Windows kernel services.
2. Xbox Live / DRM – Requires Xbox Live authentication, which Wine/Proton doesn’t emulate.
3. DirectX 12 – Partial DX12 support in VKD3D-Proton exists, but UWP + DX12 + Xbox Live is a triple blocker.
