XLiveLess (0.999b7 or newer) – or the standalone FileCheckFix.asi

  1. Back up your saves: Navigate to Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames and copy the folder.
  2. Download the dependencies:

    This is an older fix from 2009-2012. It was designed for early dual-core CPUs. While it does stabilize the camera, it is obsolete for Windows 11. Only download this if you are playing on a Windows XP or Vista retro machine.
