Nu West: Leda Fcv 150

Nu West Leda FCV 150

Professional Freestanding Combination Convection Oven

Product Overview

The Nu West Leda FCV 150 is a high-capacity, freestanding combination oven designed for professional kitchens requiring versatility, speed, and consistent results. The “FCV” designation stands for Fan, Combi, Ventilated—indicating its three core cooking modes: convection (dry heat), steam (100% humidity), and combination (hot air + steam injection). The “150” refers to the tray size compatibility (GN 1/1 or 2/1 half-size pans, typically 150mm depth allowance).

The narrative structure of a typical Nu West production—and by extension FCV 150—rarely relies on complex storytelling. Instead, it relies on ritual. The power dynamic is almost always established immediately: a transgression has occurred, an authority figure has adjudicated, and a punishment is to be dispensed.
