Symptom: Extreme Log Latency (10+ seconds)

Cause: The qcow2 file resides on a storage pool with CoW enabled on the host filesystem (e.g., Btrfs or ZFS without tuning). Fix: Disable copy-on-write on the host directory for the qcow2 file: Download panorama-kvm-10

Optional: Create a backing file or copy the image if you plan multiple instances (for lab testing).

Mode Selection: If the appliance does not detect sufficient CPU/RAM or a secondary logging disk, it will default to Management Only mode, disabling local log collection.
