If you accidentally type “Pay Bill Digi” while on prepaid, the system will usually reply “No bill found.” Don’t panic—just reload via the app.

  1. Log in to the MyDigi app or the Digi Online Customer Service Portal (OCS).
  2. Go to Settings > Billing & Payments.
  3. Select Manage Auto Billing.
  4. Link your Credit Card or Debit Card.
  5. Select your preferred payment limit or set it to pay the full bill amount.
