  1. Baseline Capture: Take SOPs from a “golden vehicle” (new, fully functional, no modifications).
  2. Extraction: Export the parameter list to Excel via SDP3.
  3. Standardization: Filter by parameters you are allowed to change (e.g., speed limit 85 km/h, idle shutdown 5 minutes, fan on temp 95°C).
  4. File Generation: Use a tool like Scania SOPs Builder to merge your custom values with the original ECU structure.
  5. Deployment: Write the master SOPs to identical spec vehicles. Crucial: Do not use a Master SOPs from a Euro 5 on a Euro 6 truck.
