  1. Purchase NTAG213 or NTAG216 sticker tags. (Note: Do not buy NTAG215; Skylanders requires specific sector sizes found in 213/216).
  2. Open SkyReader and load your .bin file.
  3. Place the blank sticker on the phone/reader.
  4. Click "Write."
  5. Crucial Warning: You cannot write a Bin file from a "Series 2" Stealth Elf onto a blank chip and expect it to work if the blank chip isn't encoded with the correct UID range. Most portals check for manufacturer IDs (NXP Semiconductors). Cheap Chinese knockoff chips often fail this check.
