The TOP2048 Universal Programmer is a veteran hardware tool used for reading and writing data to a vast range of integrated circuits, including EPROMs, EEPROMs, and microcontrollers.   • bricked device but still in bootloader: use vendor recovery tool or short specific pins as documented to force bootloader.

    • Connect the Hardware: Plug in the Top2048. If prompted by Windows, point the Device Manager to the "Driver" folder inside the TopWin installation directory.

    Run as Administrator: On Windows 10/11, it is highly recommended to run the TopWin installer and the application in Administrator Mode to ensure the USB drivers load correctly.
