To activate your license, you need your unique Activation Key

Step 3: Enter the Key

1. You will see a field labeled "Activation Key" or "License Number."
2. Carefully type or (preferably) copy/paste your key.

   This unlocks the core Remote Access server. You can publish applications and desktops. However, it does not include the Web Portal or HTML5 client (you must use the native RDP client). You will see a field labeled "Activation Key"

   A: You likely purchased a "Remote Access" key but not the "Web Access" add-on. You need to purchase the Web Access module separately and enter its specific activation key.
