Phase 2: Patching the Theme System

1. Download UltraUXThemePatcher_4.3.2.exe (or newer).
2. Right-click → Run as Administrator.
3. Click "Install." It will ask to reboot. Do it.
4. After reboot, download a Windows 7 theme pack (search for "Windows 7 Aero theme for 8.1" on DeviantArt by ~neiio or ~vishal).
5. Extract the .theme file and the .msstyles folder to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes.
6. Double-click the .theme file to apply.
