WinOLS.exein its installation directory. - Double-click it directly. Does the error still appear?
- If it works fine from there, delete the old shortcut and create a new one: Right-click
WinOLS.exe> Send to > Desktop (create shortcut). - Then edit the new shortcut: Right-click > Properties. Ensure the "Start in:" field is empty or set to the absolute path of the WinOLS folder.
