4.1 Configure the License Manager

Accounts and permissions
- Local administrator account for installation.
- Service accounts for runtime services if required (create beforehand if using domain accounts).
- Firewall/Antivirus: Temporarily disable or create exceptions for installer and runtime ports; re-enable after configuration.

2. Pre-Installation Checklist
- [ ] Disable UAC (User Account Control) temporarily – or run installer as Administrator.
- [ ] Disable Antivirus real-time scanning during install.
- [ ] Ensure Windows is fully updated.
- [ ] Set computer name (avoid underscores, spaces, or special characters).
- [ ] Log in as Local Administrator (not domain admin if possible).
- [ ] Close all Office apps, SQL Management Studio, and other software.
