Troubleshooting — Quick Checklist

• No power: ensure battery charged and USB cable healthy.
• Cannot pair: reboot both devices; verify app code matches label.
• No data received: confirm radio freq/mode matches hub; check encryption key and antenna connection.
• Poor range: raise antenna, remove obstructions, switch to LoRa or lower data rate.

1. Pass your 3-conductor shielded cable through the cable gland on the bottom of the enclosure.
2. Connect the Power+ wire to VDC+.
3. Connect the Power- wire to VDC-.
4. Connect the Signal wire to OUT1.
5. Connect the drain wire to SHLD (only at the transmitter side to avoid ground loops).
6. Tighten the cable gland to 5 Nm (do not overtighten—you can crush the wires).
