1. Download the official installer: Go to Zebra’s official support portal (support.zebra.com) → Software → Bar One → Select v5.0. (You may need to login with a Zebra account).

3. Run as Administrator: Right-click BarOneSetup.exe → "Run as administrator".
4. Enter your license key: Format: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.

6. Connect your Zebra printer via USB/Parallel/Ethernet – Windows will detect the Zebra driver automatically.
